MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.5 earthquake hit the Dinagat Islands on Tuesday, based on the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
Phivolcs recorded the earthquake at 10:27 p.m., pinning the epicenter 25 kilometers northeast of Basilisa, Dinagat Islands.
State seismologists stated that the tectonic earthquake’s depth was 18 kilometers.
